How It Works

Follow these 5 simple steps to raise and track your complaint

Step 01

Visit the Portal

Go to the CampusCare360 homepage and click "Raise a Complaint". No login required — just have your Employee ID ready.

  • Open CampusCare360 in your browser
  • Click the Raise a Complaint button
  • You'll be taken to the complaint form
Step 02

Verify Your Identity

Enter your Employee ID and verify with a one-time OTP sent to your registered email.

  • Enter your Employee ID
  • Click Send OTP
  • Check your email for the 6-digit code
  • Enter OTP and click Verify
Step 03

Fill Complaint Details

Provide accurate information so the right technician can be assigned quickly.

  • Category — Electrical, Plumbing, AC, etc.
  • Location — Building → Floor → Room
  • Priority — Normal or Urgent
  • Photo — JPG/PNG, max 5MB
Step 04

Submit Your Complaint

Review all details and submit. You'll instantly receive a unique Complaint ID via email — save it!

  • Review all entered details
  • Click Submit Complaint
  • Note your Complaint ID from the confirmation

Track Your Status

Use Track Status on the homepage anytime to monitor progress — no login needed.

  • Click Track Status on homepage
  • Enter your Complaint ID
  • View status, technician, and remarks live

Your complaint is in the queue. Expect assignment within 24 hours.

Assigned

Technician Assigned

A technician has been assigned and will contact you soon.

In Progress

Work Underway

Technician is actively working on your issue at the location.

Awaiting Material

Required parts are being arranged. Expected within 24–48 hours.

Completed

Work Done

Issue resolved. Please verify the fix and rate the technician.

Closed

Case Closed

Complaint is fully resolved and archived in your history.

Follow these tips to get faster resolution for your complaints

Save your Complaint ID immediately after submission for easy tracking
Upload clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles for faster diagnosis
Write a detailed description — mention when the issue started
Check your email regularly for status updates and technician notifications
Select the exact building, floor and room for quicker technician dispatch
Rate the technician after completion to help improve service quality

Quick answers to the most common questions

How long does resolution take?

Depends on priority and complexity. Urgent complaints are handled first. Check your status page for estimated completion time.

OTP not received?

Check your spam/junk folder first. Wait 2–3 minutes, then request a new OTP. Contact admin if it still doesn't arrive.

Can I cancel my complaint?

Yes, if work hasn't started yet. Contact the administrator with your Complaint ID to request cancellation.

Not satisfied with the work?

You can reopen a completed complaint. It will be reviewed and reassigned to another technician.

How do I track my complaint?

Click Track Status on the homepage, enter your Complaint ID — no login needed to view live updates.

What file formats are accepted?

JPG, PNG, or JPEG only. Maximum file size is 5MB. Make sure the photo is clear and well-lit.

Forgot my Complaint ID?

Check your confirmation email from CampusCare360. Or contact the administrator with your Employee ID to retrieve it.

Can I raise multiple complaints?

Yes. Each complaint gets a unique ID. Raise separate complaints for different issues so each gets proper attention.
