Everything you need to know about hostel admission and fees.

Admission Instructions

  • Hostel accommodation is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis and is valid for one academic year.
  • Mid-term vacation of hostel accommodation is not permitted.
  • Full academic year hostel fees must be paid through the TCSiON Student Portal to confirm allotment.
  • Final hostel confirmation will be sent to the registered email ID after successful payment.
  • Mess and other ancillary services (as applicable) are mandatory with hostel accommodation.
  • Students must apply willingness annually for retention of accommodation.
  • Hostel admission can be denied to students engaging in acts of indiscipline.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the TCSiON Student Portal
  2. Complete the hostel application form
  3. Pay the full academic year fees online
  4. Receive confirmation on your registered email
  5. Report to hostel on the allotted date

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To obtain detailed information on the revised Hostel Cancellation and Refund Policies, please reach out to the Hostel office directly. The Hostel Department is always ready to welcome your inquiries and assist you in resolving any queries.

In cases of termination of hostel occupancy due to disciplinary reasons, the hostel deposit shall be forfeited and fees shall not be refunded, except mess charges which may be adjusted on a pro-rata basis as per applicable policy.

Visitors/parents are permitted only in the visitor's lobby on the service floor. Students are not allowed to take visitors into their rooms.
