Always shown its support to preserve the environment: Rainwater harvesting in the premises of MANET, Disposal of recyclable waste for plastic and e-waste through recycle platform and Disposal and management of bio-waste of mess processed in environment friendly manner. Ensures all safety norms are practiced: Implementation of ISO standard (quality management) right from foundation of MANET which provides strong base of systems to various departments to conduct their activities smoothly; Conducts evacuation drills from Admin & hostel building, as per PMC norms; Use safety kits during practical in Labs, workshops and ship in campus; and Ambulance Availability 24×7 in the premises of MANET, as per DGS guidelines. As a pioneer in marine education, MANET offers 2 courses – a 4-year B. Tech in Marine Engineering and a 3-year B.Sc. in Nautical Science for deck cadets.
