At MIT School of Humanities (MIT SOH), the study of humanities enriches students' socio-cultural understanding and provides perspectives that can enhance their collaborative and persuasive skills. The courses offered focus on an in-depth
and critical study of the subjects with an adequate use of technology and an interdisciplinary approach. Our intention being to provide students with a well-
rounded education that enables them to set a remarkable mark in the world.

The School of Humanities envisions to nurture scholastic and co-scholastic pursuits of students through engaged learning experiences that prepare them for their roles as active citizens and impactful leaders.
Mission
The School of Humanities endeavours to develop analytical, critical, creative and artistic independent thinkers who can be prospective conscientious, lifelong learners and leaders. Through its myriad of programmes, the School of Humanities strives to promote holistic education that shapes students' personalities to emerge into active global citizens. Thus, the programmes under the School of Humanities intend to instil cultural sensitivity and inclusivity among students and help students harness essential life skills that prepare them for myriads of career options.
