This full-time Program is spread across four semesters which emphasizes practical learning, combining live studio projects, fieldwork, and research-driven approaches. 

The curriculum is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and integrates diverse aspects of Spatial Planning. 6.What are the Eligibility Criteria? 

The Aspiring Candidate shall have 

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Planning / Civil Engineering / Technology OR a Master's Degree in allied Fields of Geography or Sociology or Economics. 
  2. The minimum Percentage required in the qualifying examination is 55.00 % OR CGPA - 5.50 on a scale of 10 and above. (5 % relaxation for reserved category candidates).
  3. Candidates with a valid GATE score will be preferred. Valid Scores of any State-Level Examination will also be considered. 
  4. The Candidates who have not appeared for any of the above examinations will be admitted through PERA-CET which will be conducted at the University.
7.How is the Admission Process?
