From breakfast to gather for morning drills and physical training, we march towards our classroom (all well-equipped).
Finishing the classes till 1620 Hrs., we run to our hostels, followed by snacks, evening parade and then all of us could dive into plethora of activities. From going to gym to playing sports, or from jogging to simply confine ourselves in our rooms to study.
We get our dinner at the mess and again back to preparing for the coming day.
Apart from classrooms, all of us become one family at the MANET hostel. The academy is keen on maintaining the safety and security of the cadets where we have uniform inspections and security checks.
This disciplined lifestyle here, builds not just knowledge, but character and we develop leadership, confidence, and the ability to perform under pressure; qualities essential for life at sea.
Graduates from MANET are highly respected in the maritime industry and many secure placements in reputed shipping companies across the world. Under MIT ADT University, apart from the MANET, we have 18 other colleges which makes a vibrant campus where the cadets can engage with the other colleges and understand the difference in the life style of a seafarer and a student. They can connect with the other colleges, share idea, and learn various new things which lead to an overall growth of a cadet.
There are various sports and cultural events organized every year by the university for the cadets and students of the university such as Persona Fest, Viswanath Sports Meet, Intercollege Sports meet, Symposiums and many more.
