About Corporate Relations Club (CRC)

Corporate Relations club is to develop relationship between industry and institution in a way that students get industry exposure, and tie ups for placements & projects become easier. Also, this club aims to provide information related to current industry activities, innovations, technological changes sharing success storiesof Entrepreneurs.

Mission of club is to develop and act as the core facility in fostering growth of innovation and entrepreneurship amongst the students and to promote entrepreneurial culture in the college. In the meantime conduct industrial visits, panel discussions of industry experts, seminars, workshops where in industry experts will participate to enlighten our students.

Objectives of CRC

Industry Institution connectivity for a collaborative project, skills development, consultancy, organising seminars, lectures, workshops, industry experts talks for the students across the MIT ADT University and for industry executives too.

Inauguration of MIT-ADT University, Pune Corporate Relations Club (CRC)

On Friday, 27 October 2017, the Corporate Relations Club was formally inaugurated in a ceremony attended by various dignitaries. The Chief guest for the event was Dr. Anant Sardeshmukh Director General Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA, Pune), Along with him were Respected Prof Dr. Sunil Rai, Vice Chancellor MIT-ADT University, Prof Dr. Mahesh Deshpande, Registrar MIT-ADT University, Mrs. Sunita Karad Chief Mentor Corporate Relations Club, Representatives of Microsoft Corporation, Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF), Viraj Profiles Pvt Ltd, Kantar Solutions, Rohan Builders India , IBM, RSN Consultancy from the Corporate Galaxy were also present to grace the occasion. The Inauguration Ceremony took place at the Raj Kapoor Auditorium inside the MIT-ADT University Campus at 10:00 am. CRC Event 1
CRC Event 1: “Life skills Workshop” Program in association with Barclay’s, Global Talent Track (GTT) and NASSCOM at MIT ADT University Rajbaug Campus.

On November 12th and 13th, 2017 a one day Life skills training workshop was organized in association with Global Talent Track and NASSCOM at MIT-ADT University Rajbaug Campus. The purpose of the workshop was to inculcate life skills training implementation in real life scenarios. Ms. Prajakata Gaikwad and Mrs. Hiral Desai was the eminent trainers for the workshop. The MIT College of Management (MITCOM), MIT School of Food Technology (MITCFT) and MIT School of Education and Research (MITSOER) students participated in the workshop.

Resume writing, presentation skills, interview skills and group discussions were the topics covered in the session. Ms. Prajakta Gaikwad and Mrs. Hiral Desai had a good command over communication and their lectures were insightful. The mock interview session was really fruitful to the students as it gave them an idea of the real life scenario.

CRC Event 6

6TH  Corporate Relations Club Program of Industry-Academia Interaction under the mentorship of Dr. Ajim Shaikh was  held on 11 Oct 2019 at MIT College of Management, 02nd Floor Seminar Hall. The program commenced at 10:00AM.The Theme for  Industry-Academia Interaction Session was “Leadership From the Trenches”. Dignitaries  from corporates were invited and they were welcomed by Vice Chancellor Dr. Sunil Rai Sir followed by Mrs. Sunita Karad Ma'am, Dean and Director MIT-College of Management.

Dr. Karuna Gole briefed about the MIT-ADT University.Chief Guest for the session was Sudendu Shah SirCEO Pride Globaltech Services Pvt. Ltd.

He gave his words of wisdom by sharing his life journey from football coach, tutor to Entrepreneur.Way was laid with stones to catch the seat of the throne.His idea is to work with people not to work for people.

The second guest speaker for the session was Elston Pimenta Sir, Head HR,Cybage depicted the importance of passion in career.Self motivation is the only source to choose and work for our passion.

The third guest speaker was Upasna Khanduri, Ma'am,  Director HR,XDBS Pvt. Ltd. shared her journey from telecaller to Director HR. Honesty, Loyalty and patience are three keywords to succeed in career and life. No work is small or giant, to enjoy it is the success of any individual.

CRC Event- Avchat Persistent

On 13th April 2018 MIT Corporate Relation Club conducted a seminar on 'Essentials of Interpersonal Communication skills'.
Keynote speaker of this seminar was Mr. Jagdish Avchat- Associate Vice President Persistent Systems.
Prof.Sunita Karad welcomed the dignitaries on the dais. Dr. Mangesh Karadalso attended this event.
Prof.Sunita Karad said that CRC has tied up with many organizations like Rohan builders, and has come with certifications like NASSCOM.
Mr. Jagdish Avchat said "How you connect with people gets more importance. It is a well-thought process." He also told all aspects, barriers in Interpersonal Communication skills.
He further said that "Interpersonal skills are about "What I am talking is exactly understood by other parties. Communication needs some purpose and motive."
