On a personal note, Mr. Shenoy finds enrichment and balance through spiritual and introspective journeys, frequently visiting the Himalayas (Uttarakhand), the temples of Tamil Nadu, and other destinations that support his personal exploration and inner growth. His passion for excellence is seen in all the areas of his presence.

Academically, Mr. Shenoy holds a strong educational foundation. He is an alumnus of the Leadership Development Program at IIM Ahmedabad and the Global Leadership and Organizational Development Program at the Indian School of Business. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, demonstrating a blend of technical and human-centric expertise.
