Faculty Mobility
Faculty exchange refers to a program or arrangement between academic institutions where faculty members from one institution visit another institution for a specific period to engage in teaching, research, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. It allows faculty members to share their expertise, enhance their professional development, foster academic relationships, and promote cross-cultural understanding.
Joint research refers to collaborative research initiatives undertaken by researchers and scholars from universities from different countries. It involves partnering with experts and institutions abroad to work together on a specific research project or investigation.
By facilitating joint supervision, PhD students will be empowered to become true global scholars, equipped with a comprehensive understanding of their research domains from both an Indian and an international context. This exposure will undoubtedly contribute to the advancement of knowledge and the development of future leaders in various fields.
The Joint Ph.D. program is designed to provide candidates with an opportunity to conduct research under the guidance of supervisors from both the MIT ADTU and partner institutions, facilitating a collaborative and interdisciplinary research experience. This requires a MOU signing between the two universities to allow a Joint Phd.

MIT ADTU's commitment to global academic engagement is exemplified through its faculty's active participation in international conferences and the welcoming of faculty members from foreign universities to its own conferences

We invite contributions from foreign faculty to conduct a Faculty Development Program. Interested faculty can send CV to iro@mituniversity.edu.in with their area of expertise.
