The department also offers Post Graduate (PG) course In Semiconductor Technology.

The department also offers the PhD Program in Electronics and Communication Engineering. The department has qualified and dedicated faculties. We have state-of-the art infrastructure. The department has 10 labs and has all necessary hardware and software tools. The department has 50+ MoUs with renowned Industries. The department is also taking care in all-round development of students Curricular, Co-curricular & Extracurricular activities.
