Admission Requirements

The following documents are required for both national and international students:

  • Statement of Marks (H.S.C): Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C) or equivalent examination results.
  • Passing Certificate (H.S.C): A certificate confirming successful completion of higher secondary education.
  • Proof of Date of Birth: Any government-issued document showing the candidate's date of birth (e.g., birth certificate, passport, or Aadhar card).
  • Mark Sheet of the SSC or Equivalent Examination: Secondary School Certificate or equivalent examination results.
  • Mark Sheet of Qualifying Examination: Marks sheet of the last qualifying examination (relevant to the program).
  • Domicile Certificate: Proof of domicile or residential status.
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable): Certificate proving caste status for candidates seeking reservation.
  • Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate/Migration Certificate: Document from the previous institution confirming the candidate’s transfer or migration.
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for NT2, NT3 & OBC candidates): Certificate showing eligibility for non-creamy layer reservations.
  • Certificate Showing Entitlement to Other Reservations: If the candidate is eligible for other forms of reservation (e.g., sports, handicapped, etc.), appropriate certification must be provided.
  • Employer's No Objection Certificate (if applicable): For working professionals applying for postgraduate programs.
  • Statement of Marks (Graduation): For postgraduate courses, a certified statement of undergraduate marks is required.
  • Statement of Marks (Post Graduation): If applicable, candidates applying for Ph.D. must submit their postgraduate marks sheet.
Application Procedure

  • Step 1: Registration
    • Visit the official MIT-ADT University School of Law website and click on the "Apply Now" button.
    • Complete the registration process by providing personal details and creating an account.
  • Step 2: Complete the Application Form
    • Fill in the online application form, ensuring that all details are accurate.
    • Upload the required documents as listed above.
  • Step 3: Pay the Application Fee
    • The application fee is ₹1,800 for Indian applicants and $100 for international applicants.
    • Payment can be made through the university's secure payment gateway.
  • Step 4: Submit the Application
    • Review your application and ensure all information and documents are correct before submission.
    • Once submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment email with further details on the admission process.

Eligibility Criteria
Each program at the MIT-ADT University School of Law has specific eligibility criteria. Below are the details for each course:
  • BBALL.B. (Duration: 5 Years)
    Eligibility: 10+2 (or equivalent) with a minimum of 45% marks. Rules for reservations as per government regulations apply.
  • LL.B. (Duration: 3 Years)
    Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 45% marks. Rules for reservations as per government regulations apply.
  • LL.M. (Duration: 2 Years)
    Eligibility: LL.B. or equivalent law degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Ph.D. in Law
    Eligibility: LL.M. or equivalent postgraduate degree in law with a minimum of 55% marks.
