Maharashtra Academy of Naval Education and Training (MANET) was constituted in the year 2001. MANET’s primary objective is to train cadets and transform them into valuable assets for the Merchant Navy sector. Since the time of its inception, MANET has won many awards & accolades. MANET has received CIP Grade "A1" (Outstanding) rating by BUREAU VERITAS. The Devang Mehta Foundation awarded MANET with the “Education Leadership Award” in 2014, and additionally, ABP news recognized our academy as the “Best Maritime Training Institute” in 2015.
