TRANSTECH presents a common platform for engineering students to present technical papers on varied topics of interest. It encourages the young generation of engineers to delve into numerous activities such as paper presentation and research work, thereby empowering them with a razor-sharp thinking ability. The objective of the main theme and subthemes is to shed light on the current state of the shipping industry and the various trends and technologies that are shaping its evolution. The theme acknowledges the significance of embracing sustainable practices and responsible development within the shipping sector. It emphasizes the importance of adopting eco-friendly approaches, safeguarding maritime security, ensuring the well-being of the individuals involved in shipping, and fortifying the resilience of supply chains.
Following cadets of MANET have got the prizes in various competitions:
1. Cadet Sukesh from Sem-VIII, B. Tech. Marine Engg & Cadet Samrudh from Sem-VI, B.Sc. Nautical Science have got 2nd Prize in “Quiz competition”.
2. Cadet Aryan More, Cadet Shivam Chowdhary & Cadet Omkar Jadhav from Sem-VI, B. Tech, Marine Engg., have got ConsolationPrize in “Model Making competition”, out of 20 Model / Projects.
3. Cadet Pratapsingh, Cadet Aman Jain & Cadet Sarthak from Sem-VI, B. Tech, Marine Engg, have got “Theme” Prize in “Paper Presentation” for “Supply Chain Resilience and Global Trade” topic.
Prof. Archana Ashish Bhange Completed Ph. D. in “Mathematics” in December-2021 from MIT ADT University, Pune. The topic of research was “Perfect Coloring of Graph and Related Aspects”. She has presented 10 papers in national and international conferences. Her 5 papers are published in SCOPUS indexed journal and one in UGC listed journal. Her chapter with title “Relation between Perfect Colouring and Chromatic Number for Snake Graph Family” has been published in Springer book in 2021. She has successfully completed refresher course in Mathematics organized by Ramanujan College, Delhi. She has got silver medal in Graph Theory Course by NPTEL in 2018.
Prof. Vrushali Sachin Rampure, Completed Ph. D. in “Electronics and Communications” in April-2022 from MIT ADT University, Pune. Her Subject area is Electronics, Image processing, deep learning. A copyright is registered on her name for her literary work “Wireless Capsule Endoscopy Video Summarization Using Transfer Learning” with registration no. L-103417/2021.
