Persona Fest 2023

Persona Fest 2023 is the most awaited techno-cultural event organised by MIT ADT University. Students from various colleges under MIT ADT University as well as students from prestigious institutions and universities participate in wide-ranging events every year. The School of Humanities, for the first time, organised various events for Persona 2023 such as Creative Writing competition, Fandom Trivia, Wordsmith: The Poetry Slam Competition, Literary Fest, Open Mic Competition and Flash Mob.

Visit to Pune International Literary Fest

The School of Humanities organised an educational visit to the Pune International Literary Festival (PILF) organised at YASHADA, Baner, Pune, on Friday, 2nd December 2022 for all the B.A. (Honours) English students. The students attended two sessions at PILF. The first session was Dr. Manjiri Prabhu’s interview with Mrs. Sudha Murthy, Author, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. The second session was a book launch and an interactive session with Dr. Vikram Sampath, writer and historian, whose book ‘Bravehearts of Bharat: Vignettes from Indian History’ was unveiled by Mrs. Sudha Murthy. The second session was moderated by Dr. Amit Paranjape, Writer and Entrepreneur. The two sessions were followed by lunch and a book signing event by Mrs. Murthy and Dr. Sampath.
